What clothing do you offer?
Contour Custom is focused on men's custom clothing, offering a full range from formal to casual. Every garment is made to your exact measurements, designed and personalized for you alone. Our offering includes suits, tuxedos, sport coats, trousers, shirting, outerwear, and knits.
How does pricing work?
Pricing reflects your fabric selection, construction, and design choices. All customizations and initial alterations are included. We guide you through every option so you know exactly what you are selecting.

Do you run promotions?
We offer seasonal promotions throughout the year. The best way to stay informed is to follow along or reach out directly.
Do you cover alterations?
Initial alterations to refine your fit are included with every order. Any adjustments requested beyond 30 days are billed separately. Please note we cover alterations exclusively for garments made by us.
Where is Contour Custom located?
We come to you. In-home, in-office, and virtual appointments are available throughout Chicagoland, the North Shore, and beyond.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Virtual appointments are available to clients who have measurements on file. An in-person visit is required for all first-time clients.
What if I need a time outside regular hours?
We do our best to accommodate every schedule. Simply email lauren@contourcustom.com and we will find a time that works for you.
How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments are 45 to 60 minutes. Fittings for completed garments typically take 30 minutes.
What should I bring?
If you have a garment you love for fit reference, feel free to bring it along. It is helpful, though not required.
Where are your garments made?
Every piece is crafted by elite manufacturing partners and fabric mills recognized for exceptional construction and luxury quality.
Which fabric mills do you work with?
We partner with over 20 world-class mills, including Dormeuil, Loro Piana, Scabal, Reda, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Guabello, and Drago, among many others.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the fabric and mill selected. Your timeline will always be confirmed at your appointment, and we keep you updated throughout.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush production is available for an additional fee, with turnaround of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the garment and fabric. Please email us before booking so we can confirm availability for your timeline.
Will I have access to my past orders?
Yes. Your order history is always on file. We can review previous pieces together during your appointment to ensure your wardrobe grows thoughtfully.
What if I am not satisfied with my garment?
Because each piece is made to your measurements and selections, we are unable to offer refunds. Your satisfaction, however, is our priority. Should any issue arise, we will review it together and determine the best path forward.
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. All client information is kept strictly confidential and securely stored.
How does the referral program work?
A referral is the highest compliment, and we are genuinely grateful for every introduction. Referral rewards are flexible and can be redeemed whenever you choose, or allowed to accumulate toward something greater.
